Powder Valley Contractors, Inc. is a non-union general construction company that specializes in all types of residential and commercial construction from Allentown to the suburbs of Philadelphia and New Jersey.  We are located in the village of Powder Valley about 10 miles to the south of Allentown, Pennsylvania.  We deal with construction at both the private and public level and for homeowners, corporations, municipalities, and institutions.  The company was founded in May of 1983 by James Martignetti, the President.  He is a 1979 graduate of Drexel University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  In the past 24 years he has accumulated a great deal of construction experience as well as an expertise in historical restoration. 

            The company has been family owned and operated since its incorporation.  Ann Martignetti is the Secretary and holds a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University (1980).  Sons Michael and Nicholas have been involved in the company through the years through a great deal of field and office work.  Michael is a recent graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  He has become more involved with the company and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in the field.  Nicholas is also enrolled at Villanova University and is on track to be a 2009 graduate with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.

            We pride ourselves in the quality of our work.  Our past clients will attest to our commitment to quality as we use high grade materials, take a great deal of care in our work, and strive to work with our clients to assure their continued satisfaction.  The goal of the company is to maintain our quality work and personalized relationships with our clients while expanding the company.  We hope to build new relationships as well as build on previous ones.
